Apply today!Job DescriptionAnalyze and optimize manufacturing processes across departments, product lines, or facilities.Develop and implement standardized work instructions, SOPs, and best practices to ensure consistency across operations.Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or quality issues and lead corrective action initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production, assembly, and testing operations.Provide hands-on technical guidance and training to manufacturing teams.Troubleshoot issues in real time and implement sustainable solutions to minimize downtime and defects.Work with product design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.Develop scalable processes and workflows to support successful product launches across locations.Support quality engineering efforts to ensure products meet internal and external standards.Participate in or lead continuous improvement projects involving Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to maintain product and process quality.Recommend and implement tools, jigs, fixtures, and automation to improve efficiency and safety.Oversee proper maintenance, calibration, and utilization of manufacturing equipment.Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance production capabilities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
