My client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to collaborate with Design and Development Engineers, Scientists, and Technicians in driving new product development and ensuring smooth transition to manufacturability. The Manufacturing Engineer will also handle troubleshooting for customer issues and in-line failures, as well as assist production operators.

Job Description

This role will report directly into the VP of Engineering and be responsible for:



  • Running tests to verify proper operation of products and equipment.


  • Identifying and resolving mechanical issues.


  • Fixing or swapping out faulty parts and components.


  • Carrying out routine maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.


  • Assisting with the construction of engineering prototypes during new product development.


  • Working together with engineers to enhance system performance.


  • Keeping detailed records of all activities.


  • Following safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have

  • Associate's, Bachelor's or equivalent engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
  • Proven track record with process optimization
  • Soldering skills, certification a plus
  • Technical manuals and blueprints reading skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Some machining skills a plus
