Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Machining - Hartford, CT

The CNC Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production challenges.
• Analyzing workflows and recommending improvements for cost reduction and productivity gains.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Designing and maintaining documentation for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Supporting the introduction of new products by developing and refining production methods.
• Providing technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
