Job Description

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to reduce waste and increase productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations
  • Conduct troubleshooting and provide solutions to technical issues in CNC machining
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Train and support team members on CNC operations and safety protocols
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality control guidelines
  • Monitor and evaluate equipment performance, recommending upgrades when necessary
