• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Optimize precision machining operations to ensure high-quality output and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to address challenges and improve workflows.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Support the introduction of new products and processes into manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production staff as needed.
• Maintain documentation for processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
