You will play a critical role in optimizing their manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Your expertise will directly impact the production of our industry-leading actuators, helping them maintain our reputation for excellence.Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for actuator production.Work closely with design and engineering teams to improve product manufacturability.Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to enhance efficiency.Oversee CNC machining, assembly, and testing of electric actuators.Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material quality and timely delivery.Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
