Job Description

You will report directly into the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and will:

  • Document and maintain accurate records of automation equipment and processes.
  • Support equipment procurement, installation, and fulfill assigned duties.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering, facilitating design changes and recommendations.
  • Design fixtures, troubleshoot issues, and assess processes for increased throughput.
  • Undertake special assignments within or outside the department as needed.
  • Identify, resolve problems, and implement improvements in manufacturing processes.
  • Evaluate workflows, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure quality control systems.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes and equipment meet capacity requirements.
  • Research and develop new processes, equipment, and products.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards in manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to foster collaboration.
