They will offer paid trainings as well as tuition reimbursement opportunities to support aggressive career growthJob DescriptionDesign, implement and monitor manufacturing processes and equipment.Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.Ensure compliance with industry safety and environmental standards.Conduct training sessions for production staff on new processes and equipment.Maintain documentation of all manufacturing processes and improvements.Participate in product design reviews to ensure manufacturability.Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
