Their already impressive CNC manufacturing capabilities are expanding even more due to explosive growth and reinvestment in their facility, and they are looking for a new Process Engineer to join the team to continue their climb to the top!

Job Description

      • Develop and implement process improvements for CNC lathe operations to enhance production efficiency
      • Analyze production data to identify areas for optimization and ensure quality standards are met
      • Create and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve workflow
      • Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies
      • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all manufacturing processes
      • Support the introduction of new equipment and technologies into the manufacturing environment
      • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to CNC lathe operations
