Job Description

Reporting directly into the Manufacturing and Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the company growth in production as they continue to scale
  • Assist with the implementation of new production lines
  • Design and implement assembly line solutions
  • Lead daily production, test, and field assembly related activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in a regulated industry - automotive, medical device, aerospace, etc.
  • Experience supporting factory operations
  • Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
  • Mechanical design experience
