They partner with some of the world's leading healthcare companies and are actively expanding through new facility launches and strategic acquisitions across several states.Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for: Recommend improvements to machining processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.Apply engineering principles to develop and refine manufacturing workflows.Investigate customer issues and support CAPA efforts to ensure resolution.Lead process improvements for both new and existing parts.Define tooling needs and manage tool life.Create work instructions, quality alerts, and support employee training.Provide production documentation to ensure customer requirements are met.Design custom tooling using CAD software.Review specifications to meet new part requirements.Perform contract reviews and collaborate with internal teams to deliver on project goals.Support value stream activities by reviewing and approving NCMRs.Utilize ERP systems for RMAs, NCMRs, and production support.Communicate effectively with customers during visits, meetings, and via email.Participate in the ECN process and take ownership as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
