As they build on this momentum, they're looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer-a key hire to support their continued success and innovation.Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for: Develop and improve how we build and assemble our productsTroubleshoot production issues and help resolve them quicklyWork closely with quality to investigate and prevent issuesUse data to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize performanceDesign and support tools, fixtures, and equipment for productionCollaborate with engineering on new product designsReview drawings and give input on manufacturabilityHelp implement product changes and track updatesDesign safe and effective processes for operatorsSupport inspection, testing, and packaging of parts and productsEngage suppliers to ensure we're getting the right parts, at the right qualityMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
