Over the past three years, they've achieved an impressive 15% year‑over‑year growth, and with strong momentum and a clear strategic vision, they have no plans of slowing down.Job DescriptionDevelop, validate, and optimize CNC and Swiss‑type machining processes to improve production stability, precision, and throughput.Interface with cross‑functional engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve machining variances and ensure on‑time product flow.Analyze real‑time and historical production data (cycle times, tool wear patterns, SPC metrics) to identify process bottlenecks and cost‑reduction opportunities.Design, configure, and maintain machining fixtures, tooling packages, and machine parameters to maximize operational performance and repeatability.Ensure all machining programs, setups, and processes comply with healthcare and medical‑device manufacturing regulations and documented quality standards.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for CNC and Swiss operators to ensure consistent execution of validated processes.Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives such as cycle‑time reduction, scrap minimization, and machine utilization optimization.Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including setup sheets, process instructions, tool lists, and preventive‑maintenance procedures.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
