Their solutions are trusted worldwide for their accuracy, reliability, and innovation.Job DescriptionReporting into the VP of Engineering, you will be responsible for the following:Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes.Support day-to-day production activities, including troubleshooting technical issues on the production floor.Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and test equipment to improve efficiency, repeatability, and safety.Collaborate with Design Engineering during product development to ensure manufacturability (DFM) and smooth transition to production.Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams.Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Train production staff on new processes and equipment.Interface with Quality to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards.Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) efforts for product or process non-conformances.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
