Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

  • Develop clear, detailed manufacturing processes and SOPs to support production teams.
  • Identify and execute continuous‑improvement opportunities in assigned production areas.
  • Design and implement engineering solutions to improve throughput, cost, and quality.
  • Support day‑to‑day problem solving and long‑term process sustainability.
  • Contribute to company‑wide quality and performance targets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to tooling, fixtures, CNC or manual machining, and process optimization.
  • Strong mechanical fundamentals (e.g., gear trains, hydraulics, rotating systems).
  • Confident using Excel for analysis and data visualization.
  • Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a team‑first manufacturing environment.
