This company is continuing to grow their portfolio of industrial products with a strong commitment to innovation and quality.Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for aerospace components to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and apply Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve cycle times.Collaborate with the tooling and maintenance teams to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and design/modify fixtures for improved process performance.Work closely with the quality department to identify process-related quality issues and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).Develop and maintain accurate process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent execution of manufacturing processes.Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations and safety standards.Apply today for immediate consideration!
