Manufacturing Engineer - Industrial - Springfield, MA

The Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability of components and assemblies.
• Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the introduction of new products, tools, and equipment into manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to maintain production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation
