With their products marketed in over 70 countries, they are a premier manufacturer right here in Massachusetts!Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability of components and assemblies.Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement.Support the introduction of new products, tools, and equipment into manufacturing operations.Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to maintain production targets.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Develop and maintain detailed process documentationApply today for immediate consideration!
