Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead toolmaking and design activities, ensuring solutions for injection‑molded components and over‑molded assemblies. This role serves as the technical authority for DFM, tooling feasibility, and design collaboration across engineering teams and global supplier partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive DFM reviews, tooling risk assessments, and manufacturability optimization.
  • Oversee mold design, tool build, debug, and qualification with internal and external teams.
  • Support sustaining engineering with tooling issues, yield improvements, and design updates.

They bring strong CAD proficiency, hands‑on tooling knowledge, and the ability to lead both people and complex technical programs.
