Description
This motivated manufacturing engineer will enjoy working primarily in product development and thrive in a results-driven environment. While demonstrating the ability to be both a self-start and team player, this engineer will also:
- Assist with the definition and design of manufacturing processes
- Implement proven statistical methods to data analysis and experimental design
- Evaluate, implement and manage automated systems and equipment
- Interface with Quality Assurance to manage yields and identify and solve trouble areas with continuous improvement programs and solutions
- Project manage and assist with the creation of proposals, managing resources and submission of project reports
- Communicate with customers and ensure that their requirements are being met with company capability in mind
The Successful Applicant
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering field (essential)
- Between 5-10 years of proven engineering experience in a manufacturing or product development environment (essential)
- SolidWorks/3D CAD experience (essential)
- Automation experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate successfully with customers
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment while meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects at once
