Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will lead CNC programming, process development, and tooling strategies to support the fabrication of complex components.

This role partners closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve manufacturability, reduce cost, and ensure robust, repeatable processes in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop CNC programs, fixtures, and setup documentation across multiple machining platforms.
  • Support new product introductions, DFM reviews, and engineering change control.
  • Drive process optimization, tooling strategy, and unattended machine operation.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is a technically strong manufacturing engineer with hands-on CNC experience in a precision machining environment.

They are comfortable working on the shop floor, mentoring others, and contributing to cross-functional engineering initiatives.

Background & Skills:

  • 3+ years of CNC-focused manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with multiple machine types (mill, lathe, Swiss, EDM, or mill-turn).
  • Strong CAD/CAM skills and ability to read complex blueprints.
