Job Description

  • Designing and optimizing manufacturing methods and workflows.
  • Conducting research and testing to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Supporting new product launches and process validations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve technical challenges.
  • Preparing reports and documentation related to production and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3+ years of industry experience, preferably in medical device or plastics manufacturing.
  • Degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering strongly preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, statistical analysis, and technical writing.
  • Candidates must be proactive and able to contribute with minimal training-internship or prior experience in med device is a plus.
  • This role is best suited for someone who can hit the ground running and thrive in a lean engineering team.
