Job Description

Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Improving the manufacturing process, creating and maintaining engineering and quality.
  • Investigate customer complaints and design custom tooling using CAD and training operators.
  • Develop, document and improve manufacturing process using engineering principles
  • Work closely with quality, production and engineering teams.
  • Lead/Assist investigation for CAPA's and customer complaints
  • Utilize CAD to design custom tooling.
  • Communicate effectively with customer audits, and project reviews.

The Successful Applicant

Successful Manufacturing Engineer will have:

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry ideally having worked on the MIM/CNC process.
  • Associate's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing setting
  • Comfortable using CAD software and navigating ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments.
  • Hands-on, quality driven and comfortable working in regulated production environment.
