Job Description

  • Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing processes
  • Collaborating with design engineering and production teams to refine product designs
  • Implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to improve safety and reliability
  • Conducting process analysis to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
  • Ensuring compliance with industry and company standards in all manufacturing processes
  • Providing technical support to the manufacturing team as needed
  • Supervising the implementation of new production processes and technologies
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
