As a Manufacturing Engineer you will also support new or revised product launches and assists with troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to ensure smooth plant operations.

Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will perform various duties including, but not limited to:

  • Recommend and implement process improvements, problem resolutions, and employee training initiatives.
  • Enhance manufacturing processes for cost reduction, quality, and efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare, present, and coordinate deployment plans, including team training.
  • Monitor manufacturing equipment conditions and lead investigations into process abnormalities to determine root causes and implement countermeasures.
  • Identify and address safety risks while supporting capacity analysis and ROI planning.
  • Conduct time studies and assist with capital planning initiatives.
  • Support the launch of new/revised products, including setting goals, training, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Design, develop, test, and source tools, machinery, and equipment for improved manufacturing methods.
  • Perform product/process analysis for efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.
  • Assemble mechanical/electronic devices following engineering specifications and layouts.
  • Demonstrate PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.

The Successful Applicant



The successful Manufacturing Engineer will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similiar field of study.
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an approachable and tactful demeanor.
  • Solid math and computer skills, including proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
