Our client is well known in the medical device industry within the New England Area, and played a vital role in the fight against COVID 19. With new products at the forefront, they are looking to scale their NPD and Sustaining teams rapidly.
Job Description
- Provide support to new and existing products and processes within a GxP Manufacturing Environment
- Provide technical support to existing products and processes using methods such as DMAIC
- Execute engineering trials, reports, internal audits, work instructions, and SOP's.
- Participate in in investigations, root cause analysis and action plans
- Work with cross functional technical transfer teams

The Successful Applicant
- B.S. in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Manufacturing, Process or Quality experience
- Prior experience working in the medical device industry
- Hands on root-cause analysis experience
- High volume manufacturing experience
- Automation experience is a MUST
- Working knowledge of product development, implementations, qualification, debugging, troubleshooting, optimization & continuous improvement
- Familiar with Lean & Six Sigma
- Microsoft Office suite, ERP systems, eQMS
