Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsOpportunity to step into a growing organizationOne of the most interesting industries that continues to develop new productsAbout Our ClientThe organization represents a consortium of cutting-edge subsea technology firms under the umbrella of a larger manufacturer.Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:Develop and maintain clear and accurate documentation for automation equipment and processes.Assist in the procurement and installation of equipment and perform any other assigned duties.Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams, facilitating recommendations and design changes as needed.Design fixtures and tooling, evaluate processes for increased throughput, and troubleshoot product and process issues.Perform special assignments inside or outside the department when requested.Identify and resolve problems, implementing improvements.Evaluate manufacturing processes and workflows to find opportunities for improvement.Develop and implement cost-saving measures and quality control systems.Ensure manufacturing processes and equipment meet capability and capacity requirements.Research and develop new processes, equipment, and products (NPI).Ensure manufacturing processes and equipment comply with safety standards.Participate in cross-functional meetings to promote collaboration.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
