Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of Manufacturing Engineers to drive production excellence.
  • Oversee CNC milling and turning operations with a focus on quality, speed, and compliance.
  • Develop, optimize, and implement CNC programs for precision parts and complex geometries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on NPI projects and production improvement efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and internal quality protocols.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times, improve yields, and reduce waste.
  • Work closely with production, quality, and R&D to meet delivery timelines and performance benchmarks.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep technical knowledge of CNC machining, programming, and process troubleshooting.
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001-certified operation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of making data-driven decisions in fast-paced settings.
