Manufacturing Manager- Plastics- Dover, NH

The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for:

• Drives a strong safety culture while ensuring employee engagement, injury prevention, and adherence to policies.
• Leads production efficiency by optimizing staffing, monitoring capacity, and implementing strategic action plans for quality, delivery, and service improvements.
• Mentors and develops teams through hands-on leadership, training programs, and cross-training initiatives to enhance skills and accountability.
• Utilizes data-driven problem-solving to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies, support leadership initiatives, and effectively manage change.
