Job Description

  • Interpret blueprints and develop optimal CNC machining processes based on customer specs.
  • Troubleshoot issues with production & part design, providing solutions to complex problems.
  • Coordinate and direct production, operations, quality assurance, testing and maintenance in our industrial manufacturing plant.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
  • Monitor production and correct discrepancies to ensure timeline adherence.
  • Communicate with other departments to increase efficiency and drive growth.
  • Monitor product standards and quality-control programs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of CNC Programmers/Machinists, and other staff.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Manufacturing Manager' should have:

  • An engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a complex machining environment - knowledge of 4/5-Axis milling & turning is strongly preferred.
  • Background programming CNC machinery.
  • Strong working knowledge of GD&T.
  • Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its equipment.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and direct a team to perform and exceed expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
