Manufacturing Operations Director

• Lead all aspects of Production for multiple manufacturing sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulations and policies.
• Drive continuous improvements initiatives, participating in daily and weekly production planning meetings.
• minimize late orders due to any/all manufacturing delays, inventory discrepanies and rejections.
• Own all CAPAs for quality and safety related issues.
• Troubleshoot internal resources and facilitie-related issues.
