Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day plant operations, optimizing resources and processes.
  • Implement structured systems, KPIs, and accountability measures.
  • Champion change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team.
  • Manage budgets, production schedules, and operational targets.
  • Drive Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.

The Successful Applicant



Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, including plant management.
  • Proven success in turnaround initiatives and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and full plant operations.
