Apply today to join a thriving team!Job DescriptionPrepare, schedule, coordinate, and manage assigned engineering projects and customer groups.Serve as the primary client liaison, interpreting needs and representing them throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee quality control for budget, schedule, plans, and team performance; report regularly on project status.Assign responsibilities and mentor design engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight.Collaborate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure technical support and timely delivery.Manage pre-release activities, including component selection for long-lead items.Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
