Job Description
- Support the Lean Production efforts of existing products
- Manages projects in excess of $1 Million to meet deadlines and specifications
- Troubleshoot and set-up machinery
- Lead projects to upgrade infrastucture and layouts throughout the plant
- Help with the evaluation, implementation and maintenance of machinery at the plant
- Assist with design for plant layout and machinery setup
- Work cross-funtionally with all disciplines at the site
- Demonstrate clear communication and ability to meet deadlines
- Design systems for manufacturing
- Implement lean methodologies to improve production efficiency
- Keep mills up and running
- Assist with new automated bundling system project

The Successful Applicant
- Degree in mechanical Engineering
- Experience with industrial manufacturing
- Previous experience leading or assisting with projects involving capital equipment or machinery
- Demonstrate natural leadership abilities and convey a desire to grow within an organization
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Experience being hands-on within manufacturing
What's on Offer
- Base salary between 90k and 120k depending on experience and interview performance
- Bonus incentive based on company performance (could pay up to 50% of base salary)
