Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage custom systems projects from initiation through completion, handling around 10 projects concurrently.
  • Oversee order management, project scheduling, and budgeting to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Utilize Liquid Planner for project tracking and coordination (familiarity is a plus).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Ensure all projects align with company goals, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of project management experience, or engineering experience with an interest in transitioning into project management.
  • Familiarity with optics, photonics, radionics, LED's, or power supplies is a plus.
  • PMP certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
