Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Transition chemicals from R&D to production, focusing on process optimization and waste reduction.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new processes and products.
  • Set up and test new product samples and equipment.
  • Utilize analytical instruments such as FTIR, GC-MS, and UV-VIS.
  • Work with Schlenk/Glove box techniques for chemical handling.
  • Create and manage PID diagrams and oversee project management tasks.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of process engineering experience in an R&D chemical environment.
  • Expertise in chemical production process optimization.
  • Familiarity with Schlenk/glove box techniques.
  • Experience with analytical instruments (FTIR, GC-MS, UV-VIS).
  • Solid understanding of PID diagrams and project management.
