Job Description

Reporting directly into the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing projects for the plant
  • Overseeing a team of ~15 people
  • Controlling the budget, implementation of tooling
  • Improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are followed
  • Leading teams to use Lean Manufacturing concepts

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering preferred
  • 6+ years of experience working in an industrial setting
  • Experience in a leadership or management role
  • Lean and continuous improvement experience
  • Experience as a strategic leader
  • Experience leading medium to large sized teams
