They have a reputation as a leader in their industry and are well known throughout New Jersey.Job DescriptionOur Client Is Looking For Someone To:Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of marine construction projects including docks, piers, seawalls, dredging, coastal structures, and offshore installations.Lead project teams through all stages from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and clients to ensure project success.Monitor project performance using project management tools, and report progress to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and maritime regulations and industry standards.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and permits.Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and performance.Travel to project sites as needed to oversee construction activities and conduct site inspections.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
