Our client is a specialized construction firm that focuses on building, repairing, and maintaining structures in, on, or near water. Job Description

Our Client Is Looking For Someone To:

Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of marine construction projects including docks, piers, seawalls, dredging, coastal structures, and offshore installations.
Lead project teams through all stages from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and clients to ensure project success.
Monitor project performance using project management tools, and report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and maritime regulations and industry standards.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and permits.
Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and performance.
Travel to project sites as needed to oversee construction activities and conduct site inspections.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in marine construction project management.
Proven track record managing large-scale marine construction or infrastructure projects.
In-depth knowledge of marine construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Strong understanding of coastal/marine permitting and environmental regulations.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
PMP certification is a plus.
Ability to travel frequently and work in offshore or coastal environments as needed.
