About Our Client

My client is a commercial general contractor providing building services within the commercial, healthcare, and multifamily markets. Due to growth they are looking to grow their Accounting team with an Accounting Associate.

  • Develop and drive collaboration of RFP responses and marketing materials both printed and electronic
  • Personalization and delivery of corporate gifts
  • Create and maintain trade show booth and materials
  • Develop and drive collaboration of advertisement campaigns
  • Update client facing resumes for entire company
  • Administrative support including maintenance of our customer database, collection of product information and images to be used in marketing materials as well as within our ecommerce platform
  • Coordinate all the logistics for external and internal events, tradeshows and sponsorship programs and attend when appropriate
  • Provide regular progress and budget reports for all external and internal events
  • Propose new ideas to improve the event planning & implementation process
  • Act as liaison and resource between event partners, suppliers, and community partners
  • Manage activities or development of promotional products with external suppliers
  • Manage the updates to our website content and various business documents
  • Ensure the permanent quality of external communication for both on-line and printed content
  • Compile content in collaboration with others to be published on our website and social media
  • Conduct research, including working with the appropriate suppliers to understand customer needs, current market conditions and trends, and competitor information
  • Work collaboratively with agency and media suppliers
  • Create differentiating marketing plans

The Successful Applicant

  • Desire 4-year degree or industry equivalency
  • 5+ years of direct construction experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems
  • Capable of initiating and coordinating activities independently
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Excellent aptitude for written and oral communication
  • Ability to work well under strict timelines
  • Creative spirit and attention to detail
  • Experience in creating and posting relevant content for website and social media
  • Positively represent the brand and develop strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Must be team-oriented and flexible in assuming new responsibilities as they arise
  • Proficiency in MS Office software; InDesign, CRM
