Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the overall business strategy and goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, trends, and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of messaging and positioning.
  • Manage budgets and track the ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
  • Helps with new product development initiatives and identifies areas for innovation

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Japanese speaking is preferred
  • 5+ years of consumer marketing experience, preferably in the CPG industry.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Passion for pets and the pet food industry.
