Our client is a technology provider that develops software and hardware (IoT) solutions used by some of the most premier MedTech and BioTech companies in the world.

Job Description

This Marketing Manager will have these key responsibilites:

  • Create strategic roadmaps that clearly articulate the need, goal, approach, path to success for various digital platforms
  • Provide strategic recommendations and support to brand and strategy-led Digital initiatives
  • Own the newly designed and launched websites
  • Drive departmental efficiencies by identifying improvement opportunities and developing an execution plan, including measures of success
  • Track metrics for website traffic and lead generation
  • Lead vendors and manage relationships with 3rd party marketing agencies
  • Manage and own social media platforms
  • Prepare and execute marketing campaigns preparing and presenting campaign results and performance after execution
  • Work with the VP of Sales and Marketing to ensure customer and lead generation targets are met
  • Be the HubSpot expert and owner

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager will have:

  • Bachelors' degree in business, marketing, or related
  • 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Highly skilled and expert knowledge in HubSpot
  • Marketing geek and staying up to date with digital marketing trends and tools
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Prior experience in medical, pharma, food, biotech would be a plus, but not required
  • Prior experience with SaaS and IoT solutions would be a plus, but not required
  • Ability to meet deadlines and overcome problems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude along with willingness to learn and progress is essential alongside with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Must be able to adapt and respond to change quickly
