Job Description

Pipeline Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Execute demand generation campaigns across email, inbound, and marketing automation channels
  • Translate campaign plans into structured execution within Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Build and manage lead nurturing flows to support funnel progression
  • Ensure alignment between campaign setup, targeting, and regional commercial priorities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to deliver campaigns on time
  • Continuously test and optimise lead quality and conversion



Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign and funnel performance across dashboards and channels
  • Analyse conversion rates, engagement, and lead quality metrics
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and establish performance benchmarks
  • Apply automation and AI tools to improve execution efficiency and insight generation
  • Support regular performance reviews with clear, actionable recommendations



Marketing Operations & Systems Excellence

  • Ensure consistent and reliable use of Salesforce and Pardot
  • Maintain campaign structure, naming conventions, and operational hygiene
  • Monitor data quality, segmentation accuracy, and system integrity
  • Support accurate reporting and dashboard maintenance
  • Ensure smooth campaign-to-sales handover and lead flow processes
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing stakeholders



Budget & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support budget tracking with the Marketing Director and Regional Director
  • Ensure execution aligns with budget expectations and ROI objectives
  • Provide visibility on performance, risks, and optimisation opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years' experience in B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or similar CRM/automation tools)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, inbound)
  • Comfortable in a structured, performance-driven environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple stakeholders remotely
