Job Description

  1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to promote the firm's services and expand its client base.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and competitive landscapes.
    • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns, including content creation, advertising, and social media initiatives.

  2. Business Development Support:
    • Support the business development team in identifying and pursuing potential clients and business opportunities.
    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
    • Conduct research on industry trends, potential clients, and competitors to help identify potential leads and target markets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Legal knowledge or experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
