Mechanical Design Engineer - Industrial - Charlton, MA

The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for creating new product designs, improving existing processes, and ensuring smooth transitions from development to manufacturing. This position requires strong technical skills, project management capabilities, and direct interaction with customers and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design new products and improve existing designs
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and cost tracking
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and sales teams
