Mechanical Design Engineer - Industrial - Worcester MA

The Mechanical Design Engineer will report into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

• Develop and design new products, procedures, and methods for customer applications.
• Create conceptual designs from drawings or verbal instructions and improve existing products.
• Maintain and track project plans, schedules, and associated costs.
• Collaborate with customers and sales teams on product development and manufacturing techniques.
• Transfer new product information to manufacturing and train personnel on new techniques.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing, sales, and marketing for new product introductions.
• Maintain engineering documentation and ensure customer approval processes are met.
