My client is one of New England's premier Mechanical Contractors! They work on key projects for large clients across the state. They are a very established having been in business for 30 years. They have a huge backlog of work that is consistent throughout the year and are ever-growing.

Description

  • Pre-bid meetings and walkthroughs
  • Scope Evaluation and preparation
  • Quantity take-off
  • Bid packages & subcontractor solicitation
  • Maintain Subcontractor database
  • Maintain Pricing Database
  • Post-Bid Assembly of project information and review with operations upon award of project
  • Reports to the Vice President

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Mechanical Estimator will have:

  • Construction Estimating experience (MEP Expirence prefered)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
  • Software knowledge of Sage, Timberline, or Procore
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
