My client is one of New England's premier Mechanical Contractors! They work on key projects for large clients across the state. They are a very established having been in business for 30 years. They have a huge backlog of work that is consistent throughout the year and are ever-growing.

The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for:
- leading the construction of key projects in the company's backlog
- managing the project budget and corresponding with the general contractor to ensure project mechanical/piping goals are met
- participating in and attending staff meetings
- completing RFIs, submittals, and managing change orders, where needed
- overseeing 3-4 projects at a given time
- Will report directly to VP

The Successful Applicant
The right Mechanical Project Manager will have:
- 7+ years of experience; Mechanical or MEP experience is highly preferred
- a Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field (preferred)
- an eagerness to learn and provide mentorship to more junior team members
- Familiarity with Sage, Timberline, or Procore software
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
