The MEP Assistant Project Manager - Construction Data supports the planning, tracking, and reporting of MEP scope across active construction projects. This role works closely with project managers, trade partners, and field teams to maintain accurate data, documentation, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Description

  • Support MEP project managers with schedule tracking, cost data, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate construction data, logs, and MEP documentation
  • Assist with coordination between MEP trades, field teams, and consultants
  • Track submittals, RFIs, installation progress, and closeout documentation
  • Participate in project meetings and prepare status updates and action items
  • Perform site walks and assist with field verification as needed
  • Support quality control and compliance with project requirements
  • Travel to other project sites as required to support project needs

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in construction, MEP coordination, or project support
  • Understanding of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
  • Experience with construction data, reporting, or project controls preferred
  • Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel as project schedules require
