With deep expertise in healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, the company is known for delivering high-performance environments that support healing, innovation, and community impact.Job DescriptionCoordinate and manage all MEP field operations and subcontractors on multifamily construction sites.Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for MEP systems.Ensure work is installed per plans, specifications, applicable codes, and safety standards.Interface daily with the general superintendent, project manager, subcontractors, and inspectors.Schedule and oversee inspections with local jurisdictions and third-party consultants.Conduct quality control inspections of MEP installations and document any deficiencies.Track and manage MEP construction progress and provide input for project schedule updates.Collaborate in the planning and execution of MEP system commissioning.Identify and help resolve coordination conflicts in the field, including clashes between trades.Maintain daily reports, job site photos, and logs of MEP activitiesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
