Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project timelines and specifications. Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with design and industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols. Resolve conflicts or clashes in MEP design and installation through effective communication and problem-solving. Manage and maintain MEP project schedules, ensuring milestones are met within budget and time constraints. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of MEP materials and equipment. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key updates and potential risks. Ensure all MEP systems meet data center-specific requirements, including redundancy, efficiency, and scalability. Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP coordination, with at least 2 years focused on data center or mission-critical facilities. Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) and their application in data center environments. Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling) software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) for coordinationExcellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects. Familiarity with data center standards (e.g., Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, TIA-942) and local building codes.
