This approach has gained them immense respect over the past few years, and they are well on the way to carving out a significant market share across the region.If you are a driven, self-motivated Commercial Project Manager looking to make an impactful change and work on large, exciting projects, APPLY NOW!Job DescriptionOversee the coordination, installation, and integration of MEP systems for large commercial construction projects.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project timelines and specifications.Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with design and industry standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.Resolve conflicts or clashes in MEP design and installation through effective communication and problem-solving.Manage and maintain MEP project schedules, ensuring milestones are met within budget and time constraints.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of MEP materials and equipment.Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key updates and potential risks.Ensure all MEP systems meet data center-specific requirements, including redundancy, efficiency, and scalability.Support commissioning and handover phases, ensuring systems are fully operational and documented.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
